Security guide is accountable for protecting employees, guests and belongings. This role oversees all areas of the hotel property, inside and out, from the parking lot to Wink space area and private guest rooms. They also focus on responding to individual needs as well as provide assistance during larger scale situations such as power outages or bomb threats. If a crime occurs at a hotel, the hotel security guide on duty also works cooperatively with the local police department when needed with assignment.
This position reports to Security Manager and Security coach and needs to be highly familiar with the hotel operations systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to the Wink Experience Manager on guest requests.
