Under the general guidance and supervision of the HKM, hotel SOPs, policies and procedures, Housekeeping Guide is responsible for demonstrating service delivery is at its best and standards of the Housekeeping department operations are met with personalized care and attention in accordance to the company’s established Wink Hotels standards.
Housekeeping Guide also needs to provide cross functional support to other BOH teams and reports directly to Housekeeping Manager.
