Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining the building, grounds and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety, security, and asset protection. In addition, the role is accountable for vendor oversight and overall property preventative maintenance programs.
This position reports to Chief Engineer and Engnieering coach and needs to be highly familiar with the engineering systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to the Wink Experience Manager on guest repair requests.
