Hai Phong, Vietnam’s dynamic port city, eagerly awaits its turn to join the Wink movement.

With its topping out ceremony, Indochina Kajima Development’s Wink Hotel Hai Phong hasmarked a significant milestone on its journey to a stylish mid-2025 debut. This sleek and chic addition to the cityscape promises to inject Wink’s signature blend of style, affordability, innovation, and deep connections with the local community, into the northern hospitality scene.

“This milestone isn’t just about reaching new heights in construction; it’s about elevating thehospitality experience in Vietnam, as we celebrate this momentous occasion – the topping-off ofWink Hotel Hai Phong, our sixth property in this dynamic Wink Hotels journey,” Mr. PeterRyder, Executive Chairman of Indochina Capital, noted, at the ceremony.

As the vibrantly colored steel and glass structure rises against Hai Phong’s skyline, it stands as a beacon of the brand’s northward expansion, poised to offer both residents and visitors a fresh, exciting alternative in accommodation. The countdown has begun for Hai Phong to experience the Wink difference – where modern design meets warm Vietnamese hospitality in a package that’s as bold and vibrant as the city itself.

“Its design, inspired by contemporary Vietnamese street culture, tells a story. The vibrant colors of our facade – the purple and blue of markets and street, the green of leaves, the red of incense -all pay homage to the rich tapestry of Vietnamese life,” Mr. Peter Ryder, Executive Chairman ofIndochina Capital, explained, at the ceremony.

Constructed in two years, Wink Hotel Hai Phong reflects Indochina Kajima Development’s belief in the city’s transformation. Aside from its industrial prowess, Hai Phong has boldly positioned tourism as a cornerstone of its 2020-2025 development strategy, aiming to transform it self into a premier Vietnamese destination.

“As we stand here, two years of dedicated work behind us, we’re not just adding another building to Hai Phong’s skyline. We’re bringing to life a vision of affordable luxury that resonates with the spirit of modern Vietnam. Our USD 1.5 billion investment in the Wink Hotels brand and the $50million we are putting into our Core5 Hai Phong industrial property development reflect our unwavering commitment to this vibrant port city and its promising future,” Mr. Peter Ryder continued.

Riding the wave of Vietnam’s hospitality renaissance, Wink Hotel Hai Phong rises 22 stories high at 135 Dien Bien Phu Street in the heart of Hong Bang District, with an additional level underground.

Spanning an impressive 16,000 square meters, the hotel will boast 225 stylish rooms and 77luxurious suites, setting a new standard in the “affordable luxury” market. Guests can expect modern amenities and comfort without the hefty price tag, embodying Wink’s commitment to accessible sophistication.

For entertainment, each room is equipped with a SmartTVcapable of connecting to guests’ mobile devices.

The ‘Wink Space’ on the ground floor acts as a vibrant social center, featuring eye-catchingartwork and high ceilings. Guests have 24/7 access to the Wink Bar, which offers both local andinternational drinks. A round-the-clock ‘Grab & Go’ service provides food, beverages, andnecessities at prices comparable to local stores, eliminating the need for traditional in-roomminibars.

Wink Hotel Hai Phong emphasizes guest comfort with a 24-hour gym and all-day laundromat. The hotel offers flexible 24-hour stays per booking, moving away from standard check-in and check-out times. For relaxation, the 22nd Rooftop Pool and Bar offers breathtaking views. TheWink Hotels Mobile App and ground floor check-in kiosks ensure a smooth, queue-freeexperience.
