Job Description:

• Security Manager is accountable for developing and implementing effective procedures to ensure that the guests and Wink’s property are protected, whilst also ensuring a safe environment for Wink’s colleague and guests alike. This position is in charge of managing and controlling the Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security function for the Wink hotel and providing full support. Security Manager also focuses on carrying out relevant safety and security audits to ensure that all processes are being followed and will be responsible for the Health & Safety of Wink’s guest.
• This position reports to Hotel General Manager and needs to be highly familiar with the systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to other departments.

Job Requirements:

• Over 05 years’ experience in hotel’s security operations, at least 03 years as Security Manager in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience.
• Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field; certification of Security training courses a plus.
