Eligibility

• This promotion is exclusively available to Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles members.
• Valid for bookings at all Wink Hotels properties in Vietnam.

Booking Period

• Booking window: February 5, 2025 – February 14, 2026
• Stay period: February 15, 2025 – February 14, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

• Non-refundable 

Children Policy:

• One child under 6 years old can stay FOC if using existing bed (Queen room, Family room only)

Miles Earning

• Lotusmiles members must provide their membership number:
  • At the time of booking
  • During check-in at the hotel
• The membership number provided at check-in must exactly match the number used during booking
• Any discrepancy between the booking and check-in membership numbers will result in ineligibility for miles earning
• Miles cannot be credited retroactively if:
  • The Lotusmiles number was not included during booking
  • The membership numbers don’t match between booking and check-in
  • The membership number was incorrect or invalid
• Miles will be credited to the member’s Lotusmiles account within 6-8 weeks after the completion of stay
