Under HK Manager, hotel SOPs, policies and procedures, Housekeeping Coach is accountable for providing supervision and observation for the housekeeping and linen function to consistently and profitably deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Housekeeping Coach is also the person in-charge of the HSKP operations during his/her shift reporting directly to Housekeeping Manager.
