Responsible for the implementation and of human resources’ core functions and processes according to the objectives and performance and quality standards established by the Hotel under Director of HR/ General Manager.
Spearheads the implementation of core processes including recruitment and selection, formalities on associate entry, movement and exit, work activities and schedules, performance and appraisal, compensation and benefits, issuances and facilities, and associate relations, communication and promotion.
Monitors the implementation and update of daily Human resources activities and procedures.
