Eligibility

• This promotion is exclusively available to Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles members.
• Valid for bookings at all Wink Hotels properties in Vietnam.

Booking Period

• Booking window: February 23, 2025 – February 28, 2026.
• Stay period: March 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

• Non-refundable.

Children Policy:

• One child under 6 years old can stay FOC if using existing bed (Queen room, Family room only).

Miles Earning:

• Lotusmiles members need to provide their membership number:
  • At the time of booking
  • During check-in at the hotel
• In cases where members incorrectly enter or omit their Lotusmiles membership number when booking online, they are still eligible for mileage accrual if they present and provide the correct membership number at check-in.
• Members can request retroactive mileage credit for up to 6 months after check-out if miles haven’t been credited.
• Mileage accrual will not be granted if:
  • No Lotusmiles membership number is provided both at booking and check-in.
  • The membership number is incorrect or invalid.
  • The retroactive mileage request is made after the 6-month period from check-out date.
• Bonus miles will be credited to the Lotusmiles account within 6-8 weeks after completing the stay.

Additional Benefits For WRL Members

• For customers who are simultaneously enrolled in Wink Hotels’ Wink Rewards Lifestyle and Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles programs.
• Eligible to receive all standard WRL membership benefits: 1 free laundry cycle, 1 free drink at Wink Bar, 15% discount for F&B at Wink Bar.
• These benefits are provided in addition to the Lotusmiles earning.
