Job Description:

• Director of Sales is accountable for planning, leading, organizing and controlling the Sales Department with its functional service areas, particularly rooms sales, reservations, revenue / yield, public relations, marketing services, brand loyalty, in meeting targeted business results in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel.
• This position is a cluster role, reports to the Director of operations and will work closely with other team members in Sales and Marketing Department. 

Job Requirements:

• Over 10 years’ in a senior management role with proven leadership capabilities, multiple industry exposure is a plus.
• Over 4 years hospitality operations experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager/Director with proved performance record in a dynamic hotel, international assignments and pre-opening experience is a plus.
